At Getzup, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we sell digital license keys that are delivered and activated electronically, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting against misuse.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- The license key delivered was invalid or non-functional
- The key was already used prior to your purchase
- You did not receive your key within 24 hours of payment
- The product delivered does not match what was described
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The license key has been successfully activated
- You changed your mind after receiving the key
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake
- Your system does not meet the minimum requirements
- More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase with the following information:
- Your PayPal transaction ID
- The email address used for purchase
- A description of the issue you experienced
- Screenshots or evidence of the problem if applicable

5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed back to your original PayPal account within 3–5 business days. Getzup reserves the right to offer a replacement key instead of a monetary refund where appropriate.
6. PayPal Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before opening a PayPal dispute. Most issues are resolved quickly through our support team. Opening a dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution.
7. Changes to This Policy
Getzup reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
